At Draw My Family, we aim to deliver your custom artwork quickly, safely, and reliably — no matter where in the world you are. This policy outlines how we handle production, fulfilment, delivery, and any shipping-related concerns.

 

 

 

1. Shipping Coverage

 


We currently ship to countries listed in our checkout dropdown menu. Our primary markets include the United States, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and select others.


If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not yet able to ship there. Please check back in the future as we expand.

 

 

 

2. Fulfilment & Delivery Times

 

 

  • Art Drafts: Delivered digitally within 24 working hours based on our artist’s work schedule after receiving your complete order form and photo(s). This may vary slightly depending on your time zone and our artist availability.

  • Printed & Framed Canvases:

     

    • Processing and printing begins only after customer approval of the art draft.

    • Orders typically ship within 12–24 hours of approval.

    • Delivery takes 1–7 business days, depending on your region.

     

 


While most orders to the USA and EU arrive within 2–3 business days, we reserve the right for deliveries to take up to 21 working days in exceptional cases.

 

 

 

3. Shipping Method & Carriers

 


We partner with established, reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and equivalent local partners, depending on your region.


Shipping almost always includes tracking, and in some cases, depending on the carrier, may require a signature upon delivery.


Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

 

 

 

4. Shipping Fees & Taxes

 

 

  • All standard shipping costs are included in your order total at checkout.

  • We strive to fulfil your order locally — from within your country or region — to avoid import duties or customs delays.

  • In 99% of cases, customers incur no additional taxes or fees after purchase. If any taxes are due, they will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 


We are not responsible for unexpected charges not displayed during checkout. If such charges arise, please contact help@drawmyfamily.store with proof and we’ll investigate. At our sole discretion, we may:

 

  • Take no action,

  • Offer a voucher,

  • Or issue a partial refund.

 

 

 

 

5. Delivery Delays & Lost Packages

 


If your order is delayed or missing, we will proactively investigate and resolve the issue.

 

  • If your package is delayed more than 21 business days after shipment, we will treat it as lost.

  • If lost, we will offer either:

     

    • A free replacement with a voucher, OR

    • A refund minus the cost of artist fees, with a voucher.

     

 

 

 

 

6. Address Accuracy & Email Communication

 

 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and email are entered correctly at checkout.

  • If you need to update your email for communication purposes, contact us at help@drawmyfamily.store immediately to avoid delays.

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details.
