By placing an order Draw My Family or any of our official sales channels you agree that you own ALL rights to the original image and are allowed to use this in your order. If you do not have the rights to use an image in your order you are responsible for all legalities with this.

SECTION 22 - SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary and it may take up to 30 business days for orders to arrive due to rare occasions like holidays and unexpected natural and political events. That being said, a worst case scenario outside of these force major events is 14 working days for 95%-99.99% of deliveries. By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a chargeback or a dispute for any reason
within 30 business days of making a purchase, to give us a chance to solve any problems in these rare instances that occur in less than 2 in 1000 orders. You agree to send us an email to help@drawmyfamily.store to resolve any payment issues you may encounter with us before filing a chargeback, and you agree to wait 30 business days before contacting your bank, payment
transaction processor or payment gateway to file a chargeback or a dispute. You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to chargebacks or disputes made by you prior to 30 business days of your purchase and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees.
If your order or products fail to arrive and you have evidence that you've reached us via the email mentioned above and we did not get back to you or help you with a return or a refund request within
30 business days of your purchase, you may file a dispute or a chargeback with no liability.

By placing an order with Draw My Family you confirm you give permission Draw My Family Art to use your image on our website, social media campaigns and any other platforms to promote our services. By placing an order with us you confirm that you the customer hold the rights to any images you use in your order and herby give us the rights to use these images on our website, social media campaigns and any other platforms to promote our services Draw My Family will NOT be help responsible for any lawsuits made against us for any copyright infringement or unfair use of the images that were uploaded or sent to use to go with your order.

SECTION 23 - ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Throughout our website we may refer to styles such as 'Animated' style. Please note that we are NOT affiliated with any animation or design brand in any way. Any similarities in our art to registered trademarks and copyrights in any juridstiction are pure coincidence, and are run under the parody principle should this be questioned by any concerned parties. We may also refer to other artists or genres of art, such as 'inspired by' the Vector Art style. All artwork on our website www.thestoreforfamilies.com is, however, 100% original artwork by us & our contracted artists who are parts of our family!

SECTION 24 - REVISION POLICY

We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee on all orders placed though our website. Our free revision policy is for small tweaks such as eye color, facial expressions and background changes. We recommend adding as much detail as possible when placing your order for our artists to work with. If you request for a change that was not requested in the notes when placing your order or a revision that requires more than 50% of the character to be fully redrawn you will be eligible for additional charges. Please note our 'unlimited' revision is also limited to a maximum of 15 revisions. After this we will charge each drawing at our pro rata. 

We will always refrain from shipping your order until you have approved your artwork. However, after 14 days we may keep trying to reach you via alternative ways such as on social media but we hold the right to approve your art for your the way it is and will NOT offer any refunds or free art revisions for approved artworks. We also hold the right to approve your art for you and ship this if a chargeback is raised via PayPal or your bank.

SECTION 25 - DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ORDERS

Our Digital Download orders are NOT physical products. The digital download is when we draw your family members in the elected style and send you the artwork via email.  This is for customers who wish to use the art as a screensaver or print their own copies. (Please make sure to check your spam folder for the completed digital art email) You can always upgrade to a canvas, blanket,  phone case, etc at a later date if you only ordered the digital download.

SECTION 26 - CONVERSION SIZE DISCLAIMER

Please note: Our product sizes are sometimes confirmed as inches, and sometimes as centimetres by our suppliers. Therefore, if we offer an item which is "8" X 10"", this could end up printing as 20x25 cm. If the item is 12" X 18", this could end up being 30x45 cm. If the item is "18" X 24"", this could end up being 45x60 cm. If the item is "24" X 36"", this could end up printing as 60x60 cm. We use our intelligent shipping strategy (you can find out more about this on our homepage here), which means we use a mix of partners, some of which use inches, and others who use cm. In general, please be aware of this disclaimer that some items will be approximate (in a way which is a reasonable conversion between units).
