We are here to work closely with you to guarantee & ensure that you are 100% happy with your portrait(s), especially by offering you unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the preview. We want to get each and every order right with a personalized touch. Should you find yourself anything less than fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at help@drawmyfamily.store, and we will respond ASAP to your concerns. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us via email at help@drawmyfamily.store within 1 hour of placing your order to be eligible for a refund. (Note that refunds will not be granted for requests made through social media, text, or other channels). We begin working on your portrait pretty much immediately after receiving your order, to ensure we are meeting our high demand, so requests for cancellations made after this period will incur a store credit deduction of $30 per character to cover the costs of paying our artists a liveable salary for their talent and prestige. Draw My Family ™'s Dedicated Artists put in endless time, effort, and energy in hand-drawing each piece of art that we deliver. While we ourselves are a family business, we partner with the best talent we can find to assist us in offering nothing but the best service possible. We offer complimentary unlimited revisions to ensure you are satisfied. In the rare event that you're not completely satisfied with your artwork, you'll receive a store credit minus a $30 fee per character. While we do not offer refunds for services rendered, we do provide drawing revisions to address any dissatisfaction with your illustration. Additionally, if merchandise products arrive damaged or broken, we will expedite a replacement product to you free of charge.
